Initial Wellness Consultation

  • Am initial wellness exam typically lasts between 1 to 1.5 hours.

  • Your first clinical session with me is designed to give a complete picture of your health and well-being, and to lay the foundation for a personalized wellness plan that reflects your unique constitution, concerns, and goals. We’ll spend about 1 to 1.5 hours together, taking a thorough and holistic look at what’s going on for you—physically, emotionally, energetically, and systemically.

      If needed, I’ll craft new formulas or fine-tune your current ones based on what your body is asking for now. Each preparation is designed with your unique constitution and goals in mind—whether that includes spagyric tinctures, teas, powders, or other forms.

      We’ll talk through whatever’s currently coming up—things like occasional headaches, trouble sleeping, mild digestive issues, or general stress. This gives me a sense of where you’re needing support right now.

      Based on what you’re experiencing, I’ll suggest specific herbs that are known for their gentle, effective action. Depending on your needs and preferences, this may include:
